ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Functional Analyst Advisor provides career guidance and leadership to less experienced staff. 

In addition, he or she interacts with different team members, participates in special projects as needed, maintains an 

up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, subject areas and manages the details of the accounts to 

include action items and some budget items.


Engages participants through an understanding of the underlying analytical and management challenges, 

information needs and associated timelines of the consumer set being targeted. Develops quality resources, including quality 

standards checklists, analyst briefing guides, and works collaboratively to take client requirements.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS


•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, technology management, business administrator or relatedfield.
•Strong communication skills, oral and written.
•Demonstrated experience providing responsive customer service.
•Strong attention to detail with experience coordinating and collaborating with multiple or-ganization stakeholders.
•Demonstrated experience working with MS Office.
•Experience in commercial business operations (finance, accounting, payroll, taxes etc.).
