About the role
The DevOps Engineer will work with a development team to tackle the coding and scripting needed to connect elements of the code, such as APIs, libraries, software development kits, and integrate other components needed to run the software release and production infrastructure. Prepares reports and other email communications. Provides customer service support by following up with clients on different tasks, and communicates ETAs and other parameters to our Project Coordinator.
Requirements
Studies in computer science (or equivalent) and good English and Spanish communication skills are a must. The DevOps Engineer will have excellent leadership skills and attention to detail.
Available from Monday to Friday, morning to afternoon
Expertise in software code testing, deployment, IT operations and sysadmin roles
Thorough knowledge of software development and automation tools
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in test and production environments
Ability to rapidly connect the technical and business goals
Ability to identify, assess and integrate various open source technologies and cloud services
Good communication skills and well-versed in working with teams
