About the Role

A Project Manager is a crucial player in Midware's strategic growth, playing a pivotal role in the planning and evaluating different simultaneous projects since the final project plan must consider the company's time and financial requirements and the quality expectations of clients.

Project Managers must perform complex analyses necessary for risk assessments, resource allocation, and budgeting while maintaining a clear and accurate picture of all the simultaneous and overlapping parts of the process of the client's various projects.

Midware offers the opportunity to work with a talented and energizing team, growing and learning alongside our CEO, Business Analyst, and Lead Developers to interpret business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration emphasizes IT Project Management or a similar field.

• Experience or knowledge of a technology business environment or working on technology-related projects.

• Excellent team management skills and the necessary competence to carry out projects and obtain an excellent relationship with the client, satisfying their needs.

• Ability to develop a project plan, formally document the project life cycle, perform studies, and do data analysis.

• Knowledge of project management software to execute, monitor, and control the project plan. Close the project cycle successfully and without risk to the business.

• Significant experience in process improvement/engineering.

• Experience in the application of agile methodologies, especially Scrum Master certification.

• Consolidate the Project Management department together with the development team leader.

• Experience: 1+ years of project management and related.
  

• English level B2+.
