About the role

The Business Analyst needs to understand the organization as it is and then imagine how it could be in the future. At Midware you will participate in shaping the desired future state of the company by listening to leaders, stakeholders, and project team members, devising ways to get the organization from where it is to where it wants to be. You will also play a key leadership role in our client relationship management, being an active point of contact between internal departments and external parties, assisting in the implementation of new or improved systems and familiarizing the wider businesses with the benefits of technology and our solutions.



  • Cultivate and develop relationships with clients, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration and solutions, understanding their needs and communicating accordingly, representing our company in direct interaction.

  • Structure and organize requirements discovered during elicitation activities.

  • Manage requirements and design information from business analysis for our clients. 

  • Helps designing, documenting and maintaining system processes.

  • Communicates key insights and findings to the developers.

  • Proactively seek ways to improve monitoring, discovering issues and delivering better value to our clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in  business or related field.

  • Proven ability and technical knowledge in eliciting requirements and testing.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems.

  • Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy. 

  • Self-Starting - takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including documentation basics.

  • Impeccable customer relationships management skills.

  • English level C1+ is a must.
