About the role
The Junior UX/UI Designer at Midware executes the end-to-end design process, creating dynamic and impactful product solutions by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This designer is also responsible for collaborating in different design tasks, setting patterns, creating lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, and delivery of design specs to development.
With this individual's input, the design team will partner with cross-functional team members in areas including product design and marketing to support and grow the customer base. This role is both collaborative and hands-on, in that it requires working with platform solutions, quality assurance and customers to deliver hi-fi prototypes and specs to software development for implementation.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a resourceful, responsible and committed person. Creative and flexible understanding of computer science, good communication skills, website design and UI/UX knowledge are required. This role requires excellent creativity, passion for detail and the ability work on a highly energetic team.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product design, Digital Design or equivalent.
Experience: 1+ years in website development, app designer or similar fields.
English: Level B2+ is a must.
Knowledge in the area of digital product design (UX / UI).
Internal and external customer communication skills.
Proven time management and project execution abilities.
