About the role

The Project Manager is a key player in Midware’s growth taking a leadership role in planning and evaluating different simultaneous projects. Since the final project plan must account for the company's time and financial requirements in addition to the client's quality expectations, project managers must perform the complex calculations necessary for risk assessments, resource allocation, and budgeting while maintaining a clear and accurate picture of all simultaneous and overlapping parts of the process of different client’s projects. As a Project Manager at Midware, you will work on a talented and energizing team, alongside the Business Analyst and Lead Developers to interpret the business requirements, and with the Project Coordinator to control the execution of a dynamic agenda. 

 

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering,  Software, Business Administration or similar field.

  • 1+ years experience in project management in a tech business environment or working on tech related projects.

  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

  • Good client relationship skills and demonstrated networking ability with peer-level colleagues.

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management Software and other project management tools to track project plan, progress, project financials and other metrics, risks, etc.

  • Significant process improvement/engineering expertise.

  • Experience working on Scrum or Scum Master certification.

  • English level B2+.
