Main duties and responsibilities

  • Attract, recruit, manage, and lead talent to achieve their maximum potential.

  • Ensure proper accounting recording and compliance with local accounting legalities. 

  • Manage, support, and supervise the legal work assigned to the law firm, ensuring that it complies with all the requested requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all location-applicable laws and practices and report all issues that arise or may cause a disruption to the business.

  • Generate local partnerships to promote the Company brand.

  • Conduct performance reviews of other departments and plan ways to improve their efficiency.

  • Identify and lead opportunities to improve, automate, simplify, or standardize processes.

  • Ensure documentation of processes and procedures is properly updated and approved.

  • Manage the company's technology platforms.

  • Keep confidentiality of information, and be responsible for managing correctly confidential information.

  • Perform other duties and work on special administrative projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field with a strong administrative background.

  • 3+ years of proven relevant working experience in similar roles.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • English level C1+

  • Knowledge of Odoo is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment

  • Ability to go beyond just fixing to identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades to prevent future issues.

  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to meet commitments within strict deadlines

  • Effective problem-solving skills

  • Computer or technical knowledge
