About the role

As a marketing coordinator at Midware you will have the unique opportunity to build our company’s brand and customer loyalty. Your skillset will be heavily utilized to expand business operations, recognize and realize potential partners and investors and develop organizational initiatives. The marketing coordinator will be a B2+ English writer and speaker with a great interest in info technology and business topics. The role must implement marketing plans and meet sales targets, provide information and ideas to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service offered. Your talent will be focused also in answering customer questions about the benefits of products and services, maintaining excellent customer relationships through superior customer service, analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communication, Technology Information Administration, Business or similar.

  • English: C1+ and great writing skills is a must.

  • Experience: 1 year or more in Marketing, customer service, sales departments, and client relationships.

  • Excellent management of social networks and blogposting.

  • Willingness to learn more about information technology and business topics.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.

  • Good research and analysis abilities.
